No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.
5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Members acknowledge that:
The Network does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
Information shared during events, workshops, retreats, coaching sessions, or educational activities is for informational and educational purposes only.
Participation in any wellness, fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, or wellbeing activity is voluntary.
Members should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, wellness, dietary, or health-related programme.
Nothing within the Network should be interpreted as medical advice.
6. Assumption of Risk
Members understand and accept that participation in wellness activities, retreats, fitness sessions, outdoor experiences, travel activities, and related events may involve inherent risks.
By participating, members:
Voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Confirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating.
Accept responsibility for monitoring their own health and wellbeing.
Agree to cease participation if they experience any adverse symptoms or concerns.
7. Medical Conditions
Members are responsible for:
Disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns where appropriate.
Obtaining medical clearance where necessary.
Carrying any required medication during activities or retreats.
The Network is not responsible for medical complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
8. Retreats and Events
Booking
Retreat and event spaces may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations by Members
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the retreat, venue, supplier, or event.
Unless otherwise stated:

Cancellations by the Network

9. Travel and Accommodation

Members are responsible for obtaining travel insurance.
Members are responsible for visas, passports, vaccinations, and travel documentation.
The Network is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, lost property, transportation issues, or third-party service failures.
10. Business Networking Disclaimer
The Network may facilitate introductions between members, businesses, investors, service providers, and strategic partners.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify opportunities presented by members.
Members undertake their own due diligence before entering into business arrangements.
The Network accepts no liability for business decisions, investments, partnerships, or commercial outcomes resulting from member interactions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Network, including:
Training materials
Programmes
Presentations
Documents
Videos
Branding
Website content
remains the property of the Network or its licensors.
Members may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Modify
such materials without prior written consent.
12. Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

Private discussions
Internal resources
Business opportunities
Retreat experiences where privacy is expected
Confidential information must not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
13. Photography and Media
The Network may capture photographs, audio recordings, or video footage during events and retreats.
By attending, members consent to the use of such media for:

Promotional materials
Social media
Website content
Educational purposes
Members may notify the Network in writing before an event if they do not wish to appear in media content.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
The Network will collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

Event management
Communications
Service delivery
Legal and regulatory compliance
The Network will not sell member personal data to third parties.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
